Joe Sciamanna is the owner of Heliostatix Biotechnology and is a graduate of the Clark School's chemical engineering program. He started his business while he was a junior, using research he performed on drug delivery. Within a year of graduating, he built a multi-million dollar business using what he learned over his Clark School career.

This lecture will highlight Joe's experience starting a biotech company as an undergraduate chemical engineering student. It will go over his story and highlight insightful lessons he learned including time constraints and startup funding.
